- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without written permission
3. Listings & Content
Agents and agencies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they submit. Aussie Property Hub reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Aussie Property Hub. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or content on the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Property Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
